Friday: Observe technicians in the field, observe dispatch and
customer service process, etc

Saturday: 4 HR training addressing areas of concern, providing
issue specific training, setting technician goals, and creating
buy-in with technicians. Will cover several different topics(customized to your team), as well as appropriate group activities, worksheets, role playing, or demonstration.

2HR Follow up with Owner and make a plan to set company goals, follow through with training on your own, and monitor/maximize the progress
